I've needed help , advice and hardware on several occasions and never left Yoor without being satisfied and/or relieved, sometimes impressed with their knowledge and fairness! A clear recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ December 2019 I buy a new Macbook Pro from YOOR. Within one year the initially defective keyboard hat to be replaced. 1,5 years later the screen goes blank, and the Macbook won’t work anymore.
First they offer me a replacement to work on while the macbook is in repair – for 200 Euros.
A week later I get an offer for repairs of almost €700.
So having received a defective product that cost me almost 2k, I can now pay even more for it.
I would certainly not recommend this company.
