★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the strong point railway station, tram station, bus station is near to the hotel so accessibility to public transportation is quite great. Also staffs are quite nice too. The drawbacks are they do not refill coffee or water. Also there are no door between bathroom and bedroom, just translucent wall. Plus if you take shower water will splash all over the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here with family. Very clean and spacious rooms, the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. For those that may need it, they do offer a luggage safe keeping service however with a 12pm check-out time, not many people will need it! Would stay here the next time I visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff working there is polite. The location of the hotel is in a favourable position, next to a big bus/train/metro station from which you could go anywhere in Vienna.
One major flaw is awful internet, which in my opinion is a basic commodity today, especially in the business district where this hotel is located. Also, the bathroom doesn't have a door. I've never seen such a thing, I would not recommend going here with anyone who is not your spouse/partner or similar.
Overall, if you're a single passenger looking for a quick comfortable place to stay, this hotel is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve stayed in this hotel for two nights and I can say for sure it’s good value for the money. As for the benefits, the interiors are modern and perfectly clean, the staff is friendly and breakfast food choice is pretty nice. Also, in each number there is a free bottle of water and a coffee maker with two free capsules for it. Concerning the drawbacks, the shower design is definitely weird – the room has no door and one wall is fully transparent (however, there is a shade on it you can use). Also, the shower can’t be closed fully – quite some water gets on the bathroom floor, and elevators are noticeably slow. All in all, Star Inn is a good place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No shutters in the rooms, so not possible to put the rooms in colplete darkness and have a proper sleep.
Unacceptable for a hotel which pretends to have standing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever.....after 37 years ...travelling....so much shame....they kick me out on the street middle of the night because I just have health & negative test....but no ?....never go there guys!!!!!! Have 235.000 followers I have better options to sleep?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it was a really nice experience! Everything was clean and the rooms were very peaceful ! The location of the hotel really does help if you are a tourist! Also the staff was so friendly, helpful and polite! Especially Mattias helped my boyfriend with everything when I twisted my ankle. He gave me some ice to put over my injury, he helped us find the nearest hospital and he offered to call us a taxi. Fortunately all I needed was just a bandage and a lot of rest! Thank you Mattias!
