M	Monika X. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessionell und ev. nur ein Datensammler ? - Bei den Bewerbungstipps schreiben sie, man soll kein Geschlecht, kein Geburtsdatum, keine Nationalität angeben (!?). Das mag für die USA passen, aber in Europa ist das völlig daneben! Die haben einfach die US-HomePage automatisch übersetzt und keiner hats jahrelang gelesen! - Man ist nicht im Stande Feedback/Absagen zu versenden "... hören Sie nach 14Tagen nichts - dann wars nichts ..." schreiben sie. Von einer zeitgemäßen, professionellen & bewerberorientierten Personalberatung bin ich was Anderes gewöhnt. Das US-Konzept wurde einfach (billig) kopiert obwohl es für Europa gar nicht passt. Eine Bittstellerin bin ich nicht und erwarte eigentlich einen Kompetenten Partner auf Augenhöhe (zumal die dortigen Berater eher Vertriebler sind und kaum eine Personalberatungskompetenz im eigenen Profil haben. Ich würde sie also eher als CV-Weiterleiter sehen). Unprofessional and maybe just a data collector? - In the application tips, they write that you should not state gender, date of birth, or nationality (!?). That may be right for the US, but it's completely wrong in Europe! They simply translated the US home page automatically and nobody had read it for years! - You are not able to send feedback / rejections "... if you don't hear anything after 14 days - then it was nothing ..." they write. I'm used to something different from a contemporary, professional & applicant-oriented personnel consultancy. The US concept was simply (cheaply) copied, although it does not fit at all for Europe. I am not a petitioner and I actually expect a competent partner on an equal footing (especially since the consultants there are more like salespeople and hardly have any personnel consulting competence in their own profile. So I would see them more as CV forwarders).
