I	Igor Kolman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed this hotel. It is in a great location right in the centre of Vienna, the staff was very polite, room nicely decorated and breakfast very decent. But the biggest reason for 5 stars - it fealt very, very clean. Everything, especialy the bathroom looked like it was never used before, thare wasn't a trace of any kind of dirt or dust anywhere. Congrats for that!

I took the train to Vienna, and getting to Wandl couldn’t be easier, just a couple of metro stations away on the U1 line. The rooms have an old world feel to them but the bathrooms are super modern and well-appointed. The spread at breakfast is also quite good. Had stayed here once before and will definitely stay here again.

There is a fan, but in the midst of the summer (we were here in August), the rooms were steamy. This was a problem for us.

Everything they recommended I try or do in the city was spot on. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. I'm not much of a breakfast eater but I found myself there every morning. Most impressive is the location. A street away from the best shopping Vienna has to offer and only a minute walk to the heart of the city. I would definitely be back.

Housekeeping was poor - when we checked in, trash bins were not empty. During our stay linens were not replaced even when needed, and amenities were not refilled. Water in the shower was awful. It took 3-5 minutes for hot water to arrive, and even then it wasn’t hot enough. Water pressure was very low and the temperature unstable - jumping between hot and cold by the second.

Such an altruistic gesture, all in the middle of a global pandemic that is currently destroying the tourism and is heavily affecting this type of business. Friendly staff, but not on your back, which is perfect for me. Large buffet for the breakfast, you can even get some sparkling wine to start your day.
