The shoes are just perfect, as soon as we are in Vienna my husband will buy more shoes from you. Great shoes!!!!!!! It doesn't get any better!

Die unschöne und unprofessionelle Naht an der Tasche, 35€ habe ich für 4 ganz schlechte Stiche bezahlt. Das hat scheinbar noch nicht gereicht und mit meiner Sündhaftteure Tasche sollte ich ohne meinen Staubbeutel (welches ich mitgebracht hatte) raus in den Schnee..!?! Ich habe einen zerrissenen Staubbeutel samt gerissenes Sackerl bekommen... Keinerlei Respekt gegenüber dem Kunden.. Die Dame die gesessen ist (Chefin), war 0 interessiert ob ich mein Eigentum wieder zurück bekäme. "Das wäre Normal, meinte sie nur defensiv und missachtend. Rund um eine Katastrophe. Niemals wieder!!! Even one star is too much... I don't even know where to start.. The unsightly and unprofessional seam on the bag, I paid €35 for 4 really bad stitches. Apparently that wasn't enough and I was supposed to go out into the snow with my outrageously expensive bag without my dust bag (which I had brought with me)..!?! I got a torn dust bag and a torn bag... No respect for the customer. The lady who sat there (boss) was not interested in getting my property back. "That would be normal," she said defensively and disrespectfully. Around a disaster. Never again!!!

Für mich war es ein "Zufallsfund" vor einigen Jahren, mittlerweile habe ich bereits 6 Paar Schuhe gekauft, mit denen ich sehr zufrieden bin und die nicht schlechter sind als andere meiner Schuhe, die 2 bis 3 Mal teurer waren. Immer wieder gerne... A real gem in the first district: although it is a fairly small shop, you will find a very large selection of "classic" shoes; competent service/advice; excellent value for money. For me it was an "accidental find" a few years ago, meanwhile I have already bought 6 pairs of shoes with which I am very satisfied and no worse than other shoes of mine that were 2 to 3 times more expensive. Always my pleasure...
