S	Salma Tasbahji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great, they renovated the hotel, so it is not how the pictures are, it is actually better, they have good closet space. But the breakfast was very average, maybe even less, they charge for the coffee and tea the put in the room (first time in my life that I have been charged) and they do not mention it anywhere, so you get chocked when you get charged 15 euros for something you thought complimentary (and the machine kept on releasing white discharges, so the first two capsules were wasted). they do not provide a water boiler. We booked a room with three beds, the third bed was really uncomfortable and the small was tiny.

Good variety at breakfast (bonus points for the fresh juices). Staff is friendly and very helpful. Definitely will visit it again.

Bathrooms are small & WC exhaust is poor. Hot water supply is good. Wifi connectivity is excellent. Kim in reception was helpful & courteous. Breakfast offerings are good, service - not that impressed. Mattress in room was comfortable but pillows were way too soft. Good part - water in tap is good for drinking.
A	Abdullah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Location is perfect. Super Clean. breakfast was good. I recommend the hotel. There's no free coffee in the room! You have to pay 2 Euros for every Cup of coffee if you wanna drink a cup of coffee in the morning.
M	Maria Stentebjerg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel quite often and have visited my share of 4-star hotels. I do understand the first three stars, but the forth I'm afraid, I do not understand. The hotel is historic and is beautifully decorated displaying historic artifacts on all floors and in the lobby. The English is quite limited and the service level of the behind-the-counter staff is very limited. Our reservation consisted of two rooms for two people, however only one room was ready upon arrival. Checking in took forever. The room was equipped with a bathtub holding several long, dark hairs upon arrival. Cleaned it up and all was good. My boyfriend is quite tall - and also too tall for the tub-shower. Normally tea and coffee in the rooms are complimentary, but not at this hotel. Will we come back or recommend to others - I'm afraid not and that's too bad since the location is amazing.
J	Jaya Mee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient place to stay at the heart of Vienna, so close to the Saint Stephen Cathedral. I reserve standard single room which is spacious to my surprise. The staffs are professional and friendly. Awesome breakfast and restaurant. 1 minute walk to the supermarket and surrounding shops. Highly recommended. 1 star should be added if the hotel had refilled the shower gel and cotton buds each day.

It's right in the center of the 1st district, as soon as you go down your right in the middle of all the action. More over the hotel staff were extremely nice and more than helped with anything. The room was big and well designed. I will definitely recommend staying there if you wanna feel vienna to it's core. We'll deserved 5 stars?
