★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Cramped store - trying stuff on is a battle in the tiny, hot changing area, with little privacy and only public mirrors. Forget this shop - American Vintage online 100% better. Be Warned - this shop DOES NOT accept returns even within 7 day period, except for a voucher. Online purchase from American Vintage you can comfortably try on item at home and return for full refund! No brainer. This was a rubbish shopping experience- and the reason people prefer online shopping...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know american vintage from Paris. But i was very happy to see it here in Vienna. The store looks so beautiful! The employees were so nice and there is such a positive vibe that i really loved and enjoyed even more! I would recommend everyone to visit and enjoy it!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is easy to find. I am absolutley happy with the things I bought. The garment feels good on the skin and the staff there is very helpful and friendly. The staff gave me space to browse around and was approachable all the time. The customer service and experience was excellent. It’s worth a visit, if you know and like the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there last week and to be honest I was a little bit unsure because of Corona and the shop in general because i attach great importance to my clothes and therefore want to be well served. I am so happy that I went there. The clothes are sooo beautiful and the Sellers were very friendly and kind. They help me a lot and I want to share it with everyone. The shop was very clean and everytime when I am going to visit great City Vienna I will go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of American Vintage for years shopping in Paris and London.
This was one of the worst shopping experiences I have had. After about fifteen minutes of shopping the manager (Aida) rudely informs us that the card machine is not working. So I suggested she hold the right sweaters I was going to buy my wife, call me when the card machine works and I come pay and pick them up. Did that sound like a good suggestion to this manager. No it did not. She continued to be so grumpy and rude I actually just left. Customer service absolutely shocking. Also this managers interest to do business for the company she works for is virtually non existent.
