★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little hotel close to Stephenplatz. Small, perfectly organised rooms, with everything you could want, and more. The reception and welcome was awesome. Lovely, adequate breakfast. Would definitely recommend it over a standard 4 star hotel

Everything good about the hotel only 1 recommendation due to which I didnt give 5 star is that the floor makes a lot of creeking noise whenever u step on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at City Pension in Vienna in May 2015 for 2 nights. Location was wonderful--Right near St Stevens Cathedral, allowing us to visit numerous times as we walked to other sites. Staff was very helpful and make us feel welcomed valued and pampered. We found a bouquet of fresh roses and a bowl of fresh fruit in each of our rooms on arrival. Staff was very helpful with taxis, maps, suggestions for sites to see. rooms very small but beautiful with good beds and beautiful furnishings. Breakfast room was also quite small, but with a wonderful selection of goodies for all tastes and dietary needs. Great coffee choices. I would definitely go back or recommend this hotel to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. In the center but quiet and safe area. Public transportation 3 min walk. Very pleasant, helpfull staff and also we have enjoyed their hospitality. We loved the breakfasts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complaints at all. Terrific location, right near Stephanplatz and walking distance to all the central attractions. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were always super friendly, and breakfast was good (standard continental with great sausages and mediocre bacon and scrambled eggs). It's fairly pricey, but we had it included in our room rate so I can't complain!
Overall, no problem recommending this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay in Vienna. Located in the very heart of the city, just about 3 minutes from the Stephan's Platz and its cathedral, where is as well very easy access to the underground. The room was clean and very comfortable with quality bed. Perfect deal for city sightseeing, shopping and food culture, since there are many great restaurants nearby. The owner and lady at the reception are extremly kind and its was a pleasure for us to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is amazing. Feels a little odd going into a mixed use building but totally worth the location.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was had traditional decor and building is showing it's age but was clean and good size (for cost).
Only slight annoyance was that AC unit made intermittent buzzing noise that would wake us and double room booked but it was two single beds put together.

The room is a bit small also the bathroom but still nice and convince.
