O	Olga Pysanets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great for shopping and sightseeing. Best hotel for such purposes in Vienna as it is located directly in shopping area. There are most luxury boutiques as well as biggest malls like Steffl in 1 minute walk distance. St. Stephen’s Cathedral is opposite the hotel. I highly do not recommend to book the smallest single room as you will miss so much in comfort, believe me. You will enjoy the time in double room with big bathroom and a lots of space. Just around the corner you will find Keiserschmarrn corner and you are obliged to try this tasty national dessert. Special mention goes to Meinl am Graben, a large gourmet food store at the junction of the Graben and Kohlmarkt. The place to pick up your truffles and champagne, food-to-go. Zara is also around the corner. You can walk to central park, Ringstrasse. The hotel is cute, with modern design and good breakfasts. The price is really good for the comfort you receive.

M	Martin Leonard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights three weeks ago. The whole experience over this time had no negative comments whatsoever. The facility was excellent but what made the whole experience of our stay there stand out was the friendliness, professionalism and how courteous the staff was. Gave you the feeling that they were all shareholders and genuinely were wanted you to have everything perfect. Even the chit chat with the cleaner when we bumped into him in the corridor several times in the mornings was warm and genuine. Bricks and Glass are the same wherever you go, but this warmth can not be replicated. Can not recommend enough. Also Location is PERFECT.

When my friend tested positive on the PCR test that is required 72 hours before arrival I had to cancel the booking. They told me I could rebook a month later and the next day they still charged my credit card

The breakfast buffet was excellent with great views of St Stephens church. The beds were comfortable. Location is incredible right next to St Stephen church and there’s a subway station right in front of it, and there’s at least 100 restaurants and shops within less than 10 minute walk. It was my birthday on checkout day and they gave me a gift!! How thoughtful. I strongly recommend it.

Can’t beat being right beside the cathedral, and walking distance to so much. Secondly, the staff, everyone was very welcoming and nice and really went above and beyond. Thirdly, the amenities that come with the room at no extra charges are just top class. Included; an amazing breakfast experience, items from the DAILY RESTOCKED mini bar free, fruit basket delivered to your room was a nice surprise. We received a nice little Christmas gift, an ornament and stocking. Could go on and on. Forgot to bring baby wash for our toddlers, they had some for us. Questions were taken seriously and answered promptly and informatively. The room itself was spacious and we loved the provided bath robes and slippers, not to mention the fully stocked bathroom and coffee bar. Not a single negative thing to say about our experience for 6 nights, and our thanks for really making our Christmas vacation over the top. From the Fuller family, happy new years and thanks again!!
