★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel, highly recommended. It is extremely central, 2 minutes away from Stephansdom. Rooms are beautiful and very large. Service is amazing and really friendly, they even gave me champagne on my birthday ? Will definitely stay here again.

The room is large with great space and all the needed equipment.
The only thing that didnt meet our expectations was the cleaning, no refills for bath equipment and the room was a little dusty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think this hotel deserves 4 stars. It's in no way different from any 3-stars hotels I visited. Maybe, even some of them were better than this one.
From the disadvantages I can point windows with really bad sound isolation. Also, in the room was pretty cold because of the drafts from the windows.
Also, the thermostat worked badly, I put on maximum, but in the room was maximum 20 degrees.
Hotel staff is fine, but nothing more. Not super friendly, not super eager to help, just fine.
From the 4-stars hotel I was expecting a bathrobe and slippers in the room, but no, you won't get it...
The positive side that I can point, of course, is the central location.
I can't say, that the hotel is bad, but on my next trip I'll definitely choose another one.
