I	Irene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The convenience of the location to all types of transportation. Also being in the heart of the center of the city many tourist attractions were within walking distance. Nothing really. I’ve stayed in the Graben Hotel before so I knew what to expect and therefore ai was not disappointed at all.

If this will be your first visit to Vienna ( as for my wife and I ) then one of the main virtues of the city is the accessibility of most of the major attractions by foot, and this hotel is smack in the middle ! So it was a perfect choice for exploring the city.
S	Steve Maxwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the positive side this hotel offered a good breakfast, the staff was helpful and pleasant, and the hotel was well located for anyone touring Vienna. The negative for us was the lack of a working air conditioning system. The room was hot and sleeping was difficult. The system would blow the air around but would not cool. Friends of ours staying in a different room had the same problem. We also found that charging for a coffee made in the room’s machine to be very unusual and not hospitable.

Very clean, eco friendly and accessable for physically challenged people. The location is absolutely unbeatable, just 120 M from Stephanzplats Metro station. Staff are extremely helpful and super welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much.
E	E D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location, only a minute or two from Stephensplatz metro station. Clean rooms, very professional and very helpful receptionists. The hotel is located in a small road with restaurants and bars yet it was very quiet. Though, I have heard couple of people complaining how noisy their rooms are and asked to change their rooms. The receptionist at the time agreed to their requests. The room lacks having a kettle and had old but well kept furniture, both didn't bother me. I would definitely consider this hotel next time I visit Vienna.
w	walkwithdeath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: great location, incredible, hard-working staff, relatively good rooms (not too big, but not too small either and great for a few nights), good breakfast (great coffee, simple but decent selection of fresh fruits and yoghurt) Cons: more attention needs to be paid to the little details - one of the lightbulbs in my room was burnt out and the curtains were a little torn; there is a lack of amenities for a four star hotel - no slippers, no free water and coffee and tea are an extra, so therefore, they must be paid. Mattresses are thin and springy and uncomfortable. Could have used a window - room felt a little claustrophobic.
