★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice little hotel. Perfect for the ski buses outside the Hilton and easy access from the airport via bus route F. Pay at the machine outside the bus only 1.80 each way. Nice continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Room cleaned every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A: Most properly the worst front office staff (or owner) I experienced in my life.
After a smooth and friendly checkin, i called front office from my mobile phone as room phone was broken. I asked in a very friendly way "could it be that the internet is not working as it does not work from my room". -- I got a shokingly rude reply aa follows (word by word) " I HAVE BIGGER PROBLEMS THEN YOUR INTERNET"
What a rude, unproffesional and arrogant person. - He should not work in this industry!
B: the old and worn out room smells of cold smoke. Even it says that it is a non smoking hotel.
C: room was ice cold on checkin (winter!!) as the heating was switched off.. it took 2 hours to warm it a little. We decided to go out for a coffee for 2 hours as we did not like to sit with wintercoat in the room.
I not recommend this hotel not only because of the rude people, but also its worn out, smelly and no value for money at all.

- location: it's in the city center, 7 min walk from the railway station, 50 m walk from the ski rent and the ski bus stop.
- ski equip storage : there is a place to store your ski/snowboarding equipment
- breakfast is enough to eat: cheese, fresh bread, ham, boiled eggs and yogurts
- room facilities : it's clean, warm, hot water, daily cleaning with fresh towels.
- friendly staff : they explained how to get room keys when we arrived out of operation hours
- it's possible to borrow a hairdryer and electric kettle.
- the supermarket is 1 min walk
What could be better:
- more veggies at breakfast (not only cherry tomato once in 3 days).
- there is some dirt in a shower and broken shower door.
- the internet - omg, this is one of the slowest internet I've ever connected to!
