★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend The Penz when staying in Innsbruck. Modern, beautiful hotel in the perfect location downtown. Great bar/restaurant on the 5th floor with views of the mountains. Incredible breakfast as well.

The breakfast and bar location is well positioned, and lets you soak up the views. Also be aware that planes will fly right over as they head into the airport.
Rooms are small, but comfortable. The walls appear to be a little thin so you can hear most of what is going on outside your room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooftop bar with a very decent selection of spirits. A bit pricy for what it is. Super busy on weekends, however staff is friendly and quick in responding to customer requests.
Great view on the surrounding mountains, but only little to see from the city of Innsbruck, when if is simply not high enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice comfortable accommodation. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a huge range of foods available, including a dazzling array of fresh fruit from around the world. My only complaint is the rooms get a bit hot in the evening even with the thermostat set low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch,as always. Service and breaksfast top level. Very nice rooms, and good pakking in the parking house/shopping mall with elevator to reception. Right in the middle of the sentral town only few minutes to shopping, old town and restaurants

Very arrogant staff
, me and my companion wanted to spend a special evening ... but what was: annoyed and unfriendly staff! Sarah, the service provider ... unprofessional, inexperienced, made us wait at the check point ... we waited 10-15 minutes ... got a very bad place ... we were dissatisfied but were not relocated! she continued to tell workers and we were seen as bad enemies...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I got 6 rooms and we for stayed 3 full nights; my experience was absolutely great and the staff were so nice and kind to all of us. Also the breakfast was delicious and most importantly it was till 11 AM ?. Regarding the staff, I would say Victoria at the front desk was very kind and very vast when we want any service such as the iron or key rooms etc..
Can’t wait to come back and reserve the hotel again. ?
