j	jasmin steixner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich muss das jetzt einfach mal sagen Eine Freundin von mir war die Tage beim diesem Frisör...und es wahr wohl voll der Trubel dort Sie erzählte mir von einer Chefin die offen vor allen Kunden eine Angestellte ziemlich zur sau gemacht hat. Sie "verkündete" lautstark, dass diese Mitarbeiterin Ansteckend sei weil sie ein face shield trage...Also meines Wissens müssen sich die Angestellten auch testen also glaub ich nicht dass diese Mitarbeiterin Ansteckend ist....Bin mir ziemlich sicher Zudem muss ich mich fragen warum nach so langer Zeit wo geschlossen war und viele eh schon unsicher sind noch so ein negatives Geschreie durch einen kundenraum fliegen muss...Das sind meiner Meinung nach keine Führungsqualitäten... Wirklich ein Wahnsinn wie mit Mitarbeitern umgegangen wird...meine Freundin und auch ich gehen da sicher nicht mehr hin was uns für die Angestellten sehr leid tut... M	Martin Grüner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gestern dort, um mir die Haare schneiden zu lassen. Die Friseurin (Karin) tat leider genau das Gegenteil von dem, was ich wollte. Da wo es kurz sein sollte, waren teilweise noch Haarbüschel vorhanden, da wo es länger sein sollte, wurde zu kurz geschnitten. Als ich nach Hause kam, brach meine Freundin in schallendem Gelächter aus. Direkt im Anschluss vereinbarte ich einen weiteren Friseurtermin - diesmal allerdings bei Daniel's Haare im Kaufhaus Tyrol. Auch dort war man sehr schockiert über die bereits vollbrachte Leistung. Laut Friseurin "Dann versuchen wir es zu retten. Ganz gelingen wird es nicht, weil einfach zu viel weg geschnitten wurde." Gott sei Dank, konnte sie noch einiges retten. Abschluss-Statement "Naja perfekt ist es nicht, aber wenigstens sieht es nicht mehr nach einem Totalunfall aus". Gegen den Schnitt im Nacken, den mir die erstgenannte Friseurin mit dem Rasiermesser zufügte, konnte natürlich nichts gemacht werden. Selbstredend geht es hierbei "nur" um Haare und in drei Monaten soll laut zweiter Friseurin alles wieder nach- bzw. rausgewachsen sein. Trotzdem: NIE WIEDER KLIPP! Where it was supposed to be short, there were still some tufts of hair, where it was supposed to be longer it was cut too short. When I got home, my friend burst out laughing. There, too, they were very shocked by the achievement that had already been achieved. According to the hairdresser, "Then we'll try to save it. It won't quite work because too much has been cut away." Thank God, she could still save a lot. Final statement "Well, it's not perfect, but at least it doesn't look like a total accident". Of course, nothing could be done about the cut in the neck that the first-named hairdresser made with the razor. It goes without saying that this is "only" about hair and, according to the second hairdresser, everything should have grown back in or out in three months. Nevertheless: NEVER AGAIN CLIP!

Einen Stern muss ich abziehen....ich habe 155.00 Euro bezahlt ist es auch wert aber mir dann eine Einwegmaske um 0,50 anzubieten...... dass kann man anders lösen. Was very satisfied with Franziska, she really conjured up a great hairstyle for me. I have to subtract one star .... I paid 155.00 euros, it is also worth it, but then offer me a disposable mask for 0.50 ...... that can be solved differently.

K	Katharina Auer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte ehrlich sein! Ging ursprünglich nur zum Spitzen schneiden und Haare waschen in die Filiale bei der Triumphpforte. Bezahlt habe ich satte 70 Euro. Die Frisörinnen wissen meiner Meinung nach genau, wie sie unbemerkt den Preis in die Höhe treiben können. Ich sagte anfänglich gleich dazu, dass ich keine speziellen Pflegeprodukte haben möchte, aber schon als wir beim Waschbecken saßen, sagte die Frisörin: "Da nehmen wir jetzt ein spezielles Aufbaushampoo/-spülung, das tut den Haaren gut." (Aufpreis, obwohl ich nicht im Vorfeld über den Preis informiert wurde). Dann ging es am Platz weiter. Erneut fragte sie mich, ob ich dies oder das haben möchte und ich wunderte mich, weil ich doch schon am Anfang die Situation erklärte. Mir war es unangenehm, jedes Mal wieder "Nein" sagen und einen seltsamen Blick einstecken zu müssen. Fakt ist: das nenne ich dann keinen guten Service mehr, sondern da gehts nur mehr um's Verdienen. Tut mir leid, das sagen zu müssen... Gehe somit wieder zu anderen, ebenfalls Top-Friseursalons mit allerdings fairen Preisen!!! I want to be honest! The fact is: I no longer call that good service, it's all about making money. I'm sorry to say that... So go back to other, also top hairdressing salons, but with fair prices!!!

Ich bin jetzt schon etwa länger Kunde bei Franziska, und kann ihr und ihrem Team nur Danke sagen und 5 Sterne vergeben. DANKE! Und da es hier ja einige gibt, die Unfreundlichkeit attestieren.....dem kann ich zu 100% NICHT zustimmen. Thanks to the team! Always friendly, courteous and honest. The service is great too, and you take your time. I've been a customer of Franziska for a while now, and I can only say thank you to her and her team and give them 5 stars. THANKS! And since there are some here who attest to the unfriendliness...I can't agree with that 100%.
