★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous experience. Proprietor chased us out. Refused to hand over a book we had left in the room. A total disgrace.
UPDATE: We are considering pressing charges over the theft of the book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice. Clean, warm and great location. Would recommend to anyone who wants to see Innsbruck and be like a local. The floor boards creek too much. That was annoying and wonder if our neighbours could hear this??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was great, apartment taken care of and well located. Very easy check in. Only inconvenient is the sound isolation is not the very best, and you can hear every step that your neighbours take. From the street, you hear nothing! Overall, I like my stay and I would repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place deserves a 5 star. Very good location and spectacular views of the mountains from the rooms! We were 7 people staying there and had a whole area with different rooms just for us. Highly recommended for family or friends bonding. Unfortunately there was no lift. Owners were really helpful and responded promptly to my emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all a good place to stay. Clean and tidy. However, there is no kitchen and only one bathroom & toilet. Also there is no table for more than 5 people to sit at once. So groups of 10 people or more need to organize themselves. The location is great, 5-8 min to downtown.
