★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel, clean and fine rooms. You can hear some street noice, but not to bad. Breakfast is really good.
Also the location is perfect, close to the train station and within 5 minutes you walk directly into the old city centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel itself is in a perfect position in city center. Room were clean and nice, but a bit "old"(i mean, it need to be renovate, but it's not bad). The breakfast is amazing: the breakfast room is an "old style cafe", seems to do breakfast in the 50s. Price in line with position/quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly and helpful staff let us keep our luggage in the storage room when we arrived early and they told us the free places to park nearby too.
Our family room was amazing, much bigger than we expected, with two floors, two toilets, a big bed and a big sofa bed.
The breakfast was a big buffet and the only reason we gave this 4 not 5 stars was the lack of veggie, vegan, gluten free options.
Other than that, this is a perfect, central hotel that’s good value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was good, it lies on the center of city. You can reach the station and the beautiful old town just a few minutes. But it was really noisy street. Read the description, they dont have aircon. So if you open the windows you hear all the hunking and nois. It was not comforting stay. Breakfast was okay and the staff on the dining there were friendly and accomodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the hotel in this morning for an early check-in and the staff, specially the lady at the reception was extremely rude , ignorant and obnoxious. She outright said “no do not ask we are fully booked”
I understand and I told her okay the check-in must be 2PM because that’s what written on my confirmation mail and I was rather shocked with her reply “you need you check your details properly. Check-in time is only 3PM. I have written it myself so please stick to what’s written and not wander”
I am paying the hotel and the least you can do is be polite. She smashed the phone towards the end while she kept blabbering.

From rooms to service, you will get scam.
Fully believe other reviews are fake as the central hotel will for sure make you stay in Innsbruck unforgettably awful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Quite old style but always perfectly clean and functional. The rooms are really nice in size and the marble elements in the bathroom beautiful. The staff is also very friendly and personally take care of your wishes our complaints. It's also very dog friendly and the cleaning personnel is the most friendly staff I've ever seen in a hotel.
