But it’s not And more than that you would think that at least the staff would be friendly and helpful but they are the opposite. Stay away from this place and save yourself the hassle of dealing with such a disgusting managed hotel.

D	Dan Hackmon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service. one of the hotel employees repeatedly made intruding comments about my body. the smell of cigarettes hung around the place, and the safe did not lock. i even found a pool of urine on the bed when entering my room for the first time. when i asked a cleaner (wearing nothing but a tank top and a skinny thong) for directions, she proceeded to swear at me in a foreign language. please stay far away from this hotel and its unfriendly staff

E	Eyal Peles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owners not understanding at all. I booked online for the wrong date accidentally, and right afterwards I realized and called the properties. I told them the situation and asked to change the dates of the stay, and they said that they were fully booked for the day I needed to be there. They then went on to say that they would cancel the fee and I would not be charged however a couple days later I realized that they charged me and they are not willing to give me my money back. Terrible service. Don't recommend at all.

Our room was cozy and mostly clean, the shared bathroom was also nice and cleaned regularly, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. If we ever visit Innsbruck in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful few days.
