★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel located close to city center, big nice and clean room, unfortunately there are construction works near hotel so there is problem with parking space - please make sure you will contact hotel staff to secure parking slot. There is also really noce breakfast offer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older hotel convenient to the train station. Freshly refurbished, modern rooms, very clean, along (on our floor) a hallway seriously in need of some fresh paint and new carpets. Very traditional Austrian wood-paneled restaurant with excellent food at a reasonable price. I would rate it five stars if they cleaned and refreshed the hallways.

Breakfast was also very very good.
And staff always wanted helping me.
Very very good experience in Innsbruck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recommend a stay at the Sailer. The staff are very nice and super efficient. The rooms are well appointed, especially the bathrooms. The dining experience is exceptional, a high quality menu backed up with delicious flavour. Our waitress Jenny was amazing she need a bonus payment from the boss. Best service I have had for ages
