F	Frank S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed our stay at Stage 12 in Innsbruck. Wonderful location next to a great range of shops and the Xmas markets just outside the entrance. In clear weather, amazing views of the mountains towering around Innsbruck. The breakfast buffet is generous with a wide range of foods, all of very high quality and constantly refreshed by staff. All staff we met were very professional and all spoke English. Reception staff had a good knowledge of the area for our questions and always greeted us with a friendly smile. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the overall quirky design of the hotel. The room was a bit warm for us but opening the large windows at night, (below -10°C at night) allowed us to sleep comfortably. The shower was excellent, although my wife found it difficult to climb into the bath as it is very high, about 50cm. We really loved the quirky, padded, triangular alcove in the room which was comfy to lie in and look down on the courtyard below. The well designed room had plenty of power points, 12 in our room! With 3 of us we only had one chair and a stool with a tiny table. Wonderfully comfortable, immaculate rooms perfect for exploring Innsbruck.
S	Sparkling Lemon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy and very clean room condition with kindly staff. Particularly I like their bathroom facilities. I took a hot shower with strong pressure. Also can open the window to get some fresh air. In my last day, I’d forgotten check-out because I muddled the dates. But the receptionists in the lobby was trying to help me kindly and nicely didn’t blame me. It make me feel appreciative, so I was stay one more night at this hotel even I had reserved other hotel at that day. The location was fantastic, you can go every famous spot, shopping center, big supermarket and restaurants by walk. :)

M	M. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not felt welcome, extra charges for many things, very small rooms, bad and dangerous maintained balcony. As others mentioned before, the front desk has a special voice of tone. The breakfast was ok and the location is top. We would definitely not recommend it.

I would suggest to get the panoramic room if possible so you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Austrian mountains. We've been to many 4 stars hotels but this is the first time that we saw rooms missing the basic accessories like free tea/coffee, moisturiser. Breakfast is worth the price, quality food, well presented, good vibes.
O	Okan Karliova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is amazing. A few steps and you are at the heart of Innsbruck. Very chic and nicely decorated. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, aleays smiling faces. However a few minus points to watch for: rooms are quiet small and basic. There is not even a coffee machine, which should no longer be a luxury for a hotel of this caliber. We also found it strange that baby beds were charged per night (first time ever that we had to pay for this at a hotel). Pillows were also not that comfortable and hotel offers no alternatives.
