Hotel Neue Post

The highlight of this hotel is breakfast. The rooms and cleanliness are not comparable to other 4 star hotels they I've stayed in. Parking is available but, although not far, is off-site! Be sure to check the price they make the bill out for. I've had contest two charges that were included but they've added them again by mistake.

Ok, in a very traditional style, but be aware that not all rooms have air conditioning. Limited facilities, but excellent breakfast. Located on a main road so can be noisy early morning.

A good hotel not far from bahnhof and altstadt. Clean hotel. Only issue may be rooms are too warm. Otherwise very friendly hotel staff and late night bars. The breakfast spread is good and staff is courteous enough to answer for any adhoc requests. We had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend it.

Not bad, more of a 3 star place. It was clean and tidy. However, the staff aren't so friendly, and despite being told that we can check out any time we like when we arrived , we were constantly harassed to leave our room.

Great place and rooms except the scanning card for unlocking the room stops working couple of times, breakfast was great. Internet speed is fine though it disconnects every now and then. At least 5 people in our group face these problems.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Very nice staff. And it contained both a bar and a restaurant. Cons: Wifi and lack of AC. We may have visited during a heatwave, but it was constantly extremely hot in the hotel. None of the rooms I was inside had AC, and thus our only option was to take multiple showers to stay clean and accept the heat. Normally, this could be handled if it was the only issue, but the wifi was also a problem. There seems to only be one router per floor, and if your room isn't nearby, you're stuck with a connection that constantly drops. Even if you get a room close to the router, it is very slow. Overall, the hotel was okay, but these two issues really detracted from the experience.

Stayed for two nights. Great location, a short walk from the train station and close to the Maria-Theresien Strasse leading to the old town. Found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out while we did some shopping before heading off to the airport. The receptionist called a taxi for us. We both enjoy our stay.

I am sorry to give the mark 1, but maybe this was the most frustrating stay in my life. That seem all to be true that were negatively criticized in the previous comments, there seems no improvement to happen (for the room, the breakfast and the pesonnel). This service is fairly not proportional to the price and the four stars of the Hotel (indicated in the Bestestern logo). But this not the cause that made me upset. I tried to cancel (in e-mail) a part (1 night) of my 3-days stay, 1 day before my arrival, because my wife couldn't come with me due to illness. My email about the cancelling was not responded at all, and as it turned out while checking-in, the mail hasn't been read at all. I had to pay 100% of the booked price, including the breakfast for two person, and tourist tax for my wife who didn't show up in Innsbruck this time. I asked why and how, but there was no answer. It was explained, that the cancellation policy of the Hotel doesn't allow to make this on the day before. I tried to figure out on the homepage where is it stated exactly, but wasn't able to find this info, so I would be really curious to see a link for that, thanks. So, the major factor why I ranked this Hotel with the lowest mark is that the cancelation policy is foul, you have to pay fees for services never received. Be careful when booking at this "Hotel".
