★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Historical, nice interior. But service is awful to acceptable. Food was not too bad. I’m not sure if this is the “normal” level of service to be expected in Austria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The space's decor is a beautiful modern style within the interior of a very traditional, older style building. I ordered the soup of the day, which ended up being a beet soup. Never in my life has something with beets as the main ingredient tasted so good. I also sampled some of my friends sausage with mustard and shredded horseradish, it too was delicious. As you would expect from a place like this, there was a large selection of coffee and the "standard" coffee I had was quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice and cozy, the crew are nice the hot chocolate taste good and i tried their local kaiserschmarrn it was taste good, well i dont know the real taste of it but my companion said it taste the original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not like the original cafe in Vienna but one of the last Viennese cafes in Tirol with Viennese and Italian coffee, great cake and a lean back atmosphere where you can read newspapers or work on your laptop. Service a bit slow but with good humour. Daily changing menue for local foods and good breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was not good as if the waiter was too tired or too bored to do his job. It was like as if he didn’t care. Veggie ravioli was good but apple strudel was the worst i had in Austria. It was ice cold and even after asking the waiter to warm it up it came frozen inside. Apple pieces were big and icy. As for the price dishes are not expensive. Tea was served in a nice teapot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and classic spot! The staff was friendly and open minded against tourists. I ordered me a nice cake and some hot chocolate to go with it. The chocolate was great but the cake, which was different from the one I had ordered tasted like a fresh public bathroom. A somewhat chemical taste which my palate had yet to experience at this point. And as if that was not enough did the brown little cookie that accompanied my mum's oolong tea taste like a fried onion. A funny experience overall and a definite reccomend to anyone visiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming here for a few years, regular spot for brunch, the English breakfast is only getting better (crispier bacon) and the soft boiled eggs were soft as expected. Can never go wrong with their star pastry, the brioche Kipferl.
