H	Hans Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr problematisch wenn es um Kündigungen geht. einer Inskription als Student wird einem nicht entgehen gekommen, der Vertag wird unnotig verlängert und zum vollen Preis abgerechnet. Zumindest ein Wechsel zum studententarif müsste möglich sein. Schlechte Aufklärung. Very problematic when it comes to layoffs. An enrollment as a student will not be missed, the contract will be extended unnecessarily and billed at full price. At least a change to the student tariff should be possible. Bad education.

J	Johannes Kristof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab vor einiger Zeit eine Anfrage bezüglich einer Kfz-Versicherung per E-Mail gestellt und auch eine Antwort erhalten jedoch nur mit dem Inhalt, das noch Daten fehlen habe diese dann auch Nachgereicht mit dem Zusatz das ich in Tirol noch keine Adresse habe da ich erst Umziehe, darauf kam wieder eine E-Mail das dies unbedingt benötigt wird um ein Angebot zu erstellen für mich war es dann zu kompliziert und unverständlich sodass ich eine weitere Antwort unterlassen haben. Mir kam es so vor als würde die Beraterin es sich extra kompliziert machen Sie hätte genau so gut zur Berechnung ihre Büroanschrift in Ihrem Programm eingeben können. Ihre Lösung war jedoch so Umständlich wie ein Besuch bei den Behörden unter Kundenorientiert stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor! Schade eigentlich :/ A while ago I sent a request for a car insurance via email and I also received an answer only with the content that data is still missing Move, there was an email again that this is absolutely necessary to create an offer, it was too complicated and incomprehensible for me so that I did not answer again. It seemed to me that the consultant was making it extra complicated. You could have entered your office address in your program just as well for the calculation. Your solution was as cumbersome as a visit to the authorities under customer-oriented, I imagine something else! Too bad: /

Jedes Mal, als ich im Kundencenter war, würde ich umfassend und äußerst freundlich beraten und habe mich perfekt betreut gefühlt. Die Preise für die Polizzen sind sehr fair. I'm completely satisfied with the Tyrolean insurance. Every time I was in the customer center, I would advise extensively and extremely friendly and felt perfectly looked after. The prices for the policies are very fair.

Bearbeitungszeiten sind extrem lang und es werden immer neue Argumente gefunden warum die Versicherung hier nicht zahlt. Ich würde empfehlen mehr auf Kundenservice zu setzen und weniger auf den Verkauf Very good at selling the policies, but when it comes to providing insurance you can only shake your head. Processing times are extremely long and there are always new arguments why insurance does not pay here. I would recommend putting more emphasis on customer service and less on sales
