S	Samantha Poyner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved everything about this hotel! Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The reception/lounge area was so beautiful. Great decor and views of the surrounding architecture and mountains. Our room was amazing as well! Comfy bed, clean, spacious, nice patio. The location was amazing and the staff were all super caring and attentive.
L	Luca Negroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was like in photo, bed very soft and pillow of good quality, I was happy with the patio even if was not really open (so not useful for smoking). What I liked: Breackfast is a strong point of this hotel, all fresh made and great quality. Incredible service, everybody smiling and welcoming (very very important). Things I would improve: some commodities missing in the room, such as monouse slippers and shoespoon may be appreciated by people travelling very light like me. Tvs are very small for the size of the room (but who watches tv in hotel). Elevator get too busy in certain times of the day creating annoying cues. Late checkout has an hourly pay I would use it to deal with the cueing at the elevator douh offering a woder check out time. So far sadisfied.

Absolutely -- from the lobby to the rooftop bar to the room layouts and decor, every bit of detail reflects an intentionality of purpose. This place is dripping with character, a worthy inheritor of an ancient line of hoteliers, and serves a killer breakfast. Lastly, wonderful staff. Give Linda a high five for me.
R	Rocio Sanchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't beat the location! In the middle of downtown, so I was able to do some shopping, drop bags, go for coffee and be on time to explore the mountains. Service was amazing, bed very comfy, and the view from our window excellent.

J	John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an incredible time at this boutique-vibe hotel. The recent revamp has left the hotel with a polished finish, and our room was no exception to this. One of the most comfortable bed's I've personally had in a hotel, quiet, cosy and just generally well-laid out. The service was warm, friendly and welcoming. The bar in the evenings was a great addition to come back to after a day exploring the town; you can tell it's popular with tourists and locals alike, and it's no wonder why! That said, we were also able to be seated within 5 minutes of arriving every time we came. The only bug-bare I had was the 23 EUR breakfast; far better off going to The Breakfast Club down the road for a quarter of the price and great food! Overall, we had a exceptional time and would recommend anyone visiting Innsbruck to stay here, and would go back ourselves if we're ever in that part of the world again.

Like always having a free 'reserved' table for drop in guest at the packed cocktail bar, to amazing croissants, and bold & quirky art everywhere. We will definitely visit again.

Breakfast was delicious and generous, the bar on the 6th floor, open every night, was very cozy and charming and the staff was very attentive and helpful. It’s very well located in the old city, walking distance to pretty much everything. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Innsbruck!
