Then she said it will take 20 mins to get battery changed, I asked if it can be quicker, she got irritated "Ok then 15 mins", I said OK. and she asked me to go, I mean this was rude. I said I will wait here for 15 mins and then she started murmuring something in Deutsch. Only because your customers cant speak Deutsch you cant misbehave with them.
