Sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterinnen haben mich noch gut und zuvorkommend beraten, sodass alle meine Fragen beantworten wurden. Die Filiale war sehr sauber und machte einen edlen Eindruck, von dem her, komme ich gerne wieder!
 Picked up an online order from this store and was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly and competent employees gave me good and courteous advice, so that all my questions were answered. The branch was very clean and made a noble impression, so I'll be back!

Incompetent employees...3 employees in the shop and none of them have the authority to shorten a watch. Only possible again the next day...great service for Swarovski ??

They basically wasted more than 40 minutes of my time to let me know the price tags are not correct under each product.I am not sure who is responsible for this inconvenience, but am hoping they will have more attention to the job so there wont be any such problems happening to anyone else.
