j	julia matzner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe Online etwas bestellt und auch bezahlt, am nächsten Tag kam eine Abholbenachrichtigung, aber das Teil war noch nicht da. Im Shop waren genug vorhanden. Als ich darum bat, ein anderes Stück mitzunehmen, hat man mit dem Filialleiter telefoniert und mir erklärt, dass ein Fehler von der Zentrale passiert war und es leider nicht möglich sei. Ich müsste wieder kommen! Sehr kundenfreundlich, denn mir als Kunde ist es egal, welcher Fehler warum passiert ist, ich möchte eine Lösung des Problems. Wenn ich diese dann sogar selbst liefere und man mir dennoch nicht entgegen kommt, dann ist das kein Kundenservice! Have ordered something online and also paid, the next day came a pickup notification, but the part was not there yet. In the shop were enough available. When I asked to take another piece, they telephoned the store manager and told me that a mistake had happened from the head office and unfortunately it was not possible. I would have to come back! Very customer-friendly, because as a customer, it does not matter which mistake happened why, I would like a solution to the problem. If I even deliver them and you still can not meet me, then that is not customer service!

This Depot is located on the inside of the Donauzentrum building. It is bigger then most other shops in the Centre but for Depot standards it is quite small. The Employees are really nice and always like to help.
