Das war wieder eine lehre, ich hab extra Kundenkarte abgeschlossen weil vor Ort meine große nicht verfügbar war, Verkäuferin hat gemeint sie bestellt und Ich sollte voraus bezahlen danach hab Beleg bekommen, laut noch die Dame bekomme Bestätigung per email! Kein email danach hab ich erhalten, Beleg leider hab ich verloren. Es ist aber jedem schon passiert, hab derzeitig Renovierung am Hals, einfach weniger aufgepasst und einzige was du danach im Geschäft hört ist „selbe schuld“! Also wofür ist die Kunde Karte wenn dort nix gespeichert wird und muss ganz schön Chaos sein in dem Shop wenn ich Ware bezahlt habe nicht bekommt habe und keine kann das finden oder erklären! Behalten sie das Geld und viel erfolgt weiter bei Kunde veraschen! Selber schuld hört mal ungern als Kunde! Aber einscheinend dort ist das ein neu Motto! I did not receive an email afterwards, unfortunately I lost the receipt. But it has already happened to everyone, currently having renovation work on my neck, just paying less attention and the only thing you hear afterwards in the shop is “same fault”! So what is the customer card for if nothing is saved there and must be a mess in the shop if I have paid for goods and have not received and no one can find or explain it! Keep the money and a lot will be done with the customer! As a customer, you don't like to hear your own fault! But apparently there is a new motto!
