★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ausgewählte Uhr war leider nicht lagernd, man hat sie prompt aus einer anderen Filiale bestellt. Bei der Abholung hat Herr Lindner die Funktionen erklärt, das Armband abgelängt und die Garantiekarte aktiviert. Vielen Dank für die freundliche und kompetente Betreuung.
Unfortunately, the watch you selected was not in stock; you promptly ordered it from another branch. During the pickup, Mr. Lindner explained the functions, cut the bracelet and activated the guarantee card. Thank you for the friendly and competent support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Service/die Beratung war leider außerordentlich enttäuschend. Man konnte/wollte keinerlei Auskunft geben bzgl. Preis/Verfügbarkeit eines Uhrenarmbandes (die Uhrenmarke wird aber durch den Juwelier vertrieben). Wir wurden verabschiedet mit dem Rat in einer Woche wiederzukommen, dann könnte man ja beim Uhrenhersteller telefonisch anfragen.
War mit Sicherheit der letzte Besuch.
The service / advice was unfortunately extremely disappointing. One could / did not want to give any information about the price / availability of a watch strap (the watch brand is sold by the jeweler). We were agreed to come back with the council in a week, then you could ask the watch manufacturer by phone.
Certainly the last visit.
