Niemand hat mich gefragt ob ich Hilfe brauche und die Ware hat mein Begleiter ausgesucht und die zur Kasse gebracht, die Kassiererin war nett. Enttäuscht. I was there on 20.11.2019 at about 17.00 clock. I'm in a wheelchair and I had a companion. No one asked me if I needed help and the goods picked out my companion and brought them to checkout, the cashier was nice. Disappointed.

Es wirkt allgemein als würde etwas fehlen. Umkleidekabine sind ausreichend groß und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Werden stets vom Personal betreut. Wer auf Esprit Mode steht wird hier sicher nicht enttäuscht. Very friendly staff. The selection is good, but there is room for improvement. The men's department in particular is nicer and better stocked in other branches. It generally looks like something is missing. Changing rooms are sufficiently large and available in sufficient numbers. Are always looked after by the staff. Anyone who is into Esprit fashion will certainly not be disappointed here.
