l	lieslin85 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ewig lange Wartezeiten in der Hotline, unfreundliche Kundenbetreuung, Antworten sind eher "patzig" bzw. fehlt vielleicht auch das Wissen? Long waiting times on the hotline, unfriendly customer service, answers are rather "snotty" or perhaps the knowledge is missing?

Meine Freundin hat 1 Jahr auf die Bearbeitung der Familienbeihilfe gewartet und somit auch kein Kinderbetreuungsgeld bekommen. Nur Vertröstungen und freche Kommentare hat sie bekommen. 1 Jahr keinen Cent!!! If there were minus stars, I would click on them. My girlfriend has been waiting for 1 year to work on the family allowance and therefore did not receive child care allowance. Only consolations and cheeky comments she got. 1 year no cent !!!

Wissen anscheinend selbst nicht wie ihr Job funktioniert und arbeiten auch nur 40 Minuten am Tag. Man muss die Leute 3 mal anhaun bis sie in Erwägung ziehen einen Auftrag zu bearbeiten und die Öffnungszeiten sind ein Witz!! By far the worst, official contact point with which I ever had to deal. Do not even seem to know how their job works and only work 40 minutes a day. You have to look at the people 3 times until they consider working on an order and the opening hours are a joke !!
F	Franz Hugl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rufe jetzt bereits zum 8. mal, probiere mehrmals täglich, hänge laufend 15 Minuten oder länger in der Warteschleife bis ich auflege, Man kann nicht direkt aufs Finanzamt gehen, man muß sich einen Termin vereinbaren, nur wie machen das die Leute, telefonisch kommt man nicht durch, email gibt es keine? Das nennt man Kundendienst auf Kosten der Steuerzahler. Call now for the 8th time, try several times a day, constantly hanging 15 minutes or more on hold until I hang up You can't go directly to the tax office, you have to make an appointment, just how do people do it, you can't get through on the phone, there are no emails? This is called customer service at the taxpayer's expense.
y	yvi E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider gibt es keine minussterne.... rufe dort an dann tipp ich die Zahl ein die für das Thema durchgesagt wird und dann hört man nur: "aufgrund vieler Anrufe, blah blah...." und dann wird aufgelegt. Aber wehe das Amt will a Geld von einem, da sinds ganz schnell....? Unfortunately there are no minus stars .... call there then I type in the number that is announced for the topic and then you only hear: "Due to many calls, blah blah ...." and then the phone is hung up. But woe to the office wants a money from you, it’s very quick .... ?
