Rasche Gläserfertigung in 2 Tagen, schneller als bei den "Großen" mit den marktschreierischen Werbung. Telefonische Verständigung. Wurde auch Zeuge einer Reklamation, die, obwohl vom Kunden verschuldet - dennoch freundlich, höflich und respektvoll abgehandelt und eine Lösung gesucht wurde. Sehr empfehlenswert - und gerne wieder! Friendly, unobtrusive address by Ms. Mariana from Operngasse, competent service when buying glasses and attractive prices. Quick lens production in 2 days, faster than the "big ones" with the loud advertising. Telephone communication. Also witnessed a complaint, which, although the customer was at fault, was handled in a friendly, polite and respectful manner and a solution was sought. Highly recommended - and gladly again!

Die Berater nehmen sich wirklich die Zeit (letztes mal sogar 1,5 Stunden) und kennen die verschiedenen Brillenfassungen auswendig. Ich habe bereits 2 Brillen und 2 optische Sonnenbrillen seit 2014 hier gekauft. Super Qualität, super Preis. Immer gerne wieder. I can only recommend the Sun Optic Outlet in the Handelskai! The consultants really take the time (even 1.5 hours last time) and know the different frames by heart. I have already bought 2 glasses and 2 optical sunglasses here since 2014. Super quality, great price. It was a pleasure.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich wurde von Dejan sehr toll beraten und er hat mir geholfen eine Entscheidung zu treffen. Würde jederzeit wieder hier meine Brille kaufen! Ich brauche nur EINE Brille und diese Eine habe ich auf Grund der sehr guten Beratung hier gefunden. Bei der großen Auswahl keine leichte Entscheidung aber dank der netten Optikerin Fr. Marion kein Problem. Auch das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis stimmt und die Wartezeit bis zur Fertigstellung war überraschend kurz. Wenn ich wieder mal eine neue Brille brauche dann weiß ich schon wo ich hin gehen werde. As a former "cheap glasses" wearer, I have the comparison and I am impressed with the quality. I just need ONE pair of glasses and I found this one because of the very good advice here. With the large selection no easy decision but thanks to the nice optician Mrs. Marion no problem. The price / performance ratio is right and the waiting time until completion was surprisingly short. If I need new glasses again then I already know where I will go.

Top service and very pleasant advice. Glasses from cheap but high quality to top-class branded glasses. Never again will I buy glasses anywhere else.
M	Matthias Engelberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KAUFT KEINE PRODUKTE BEI DIESEN BETRÜGERN! Der mit Abstand mieseste und hinterhältigste Verkaufstrick, der mir je untergekommen ist (und ich habe selbst jahrelang im Handel gearbeitet)! Ich bin nur kurz hinein, um meine Brille nachjustieren zu lassen. Als "Zusatzservice" hat mir die "nette" Dame meine Brille "geputzt" während sie mich gefragt hat, wie lange ich denn diese nun schon trage. Im Laufe des Gesprächs hat sie registriert, dass dieses Modell von einem anderen Optiker stammt und mich anschließend ganz überrascht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, wie zerkratzt sie denn nicht schon sei. Allerdings hatte meine Sehhilfe davor keinen einzigen (!) Kratzer, weil ich nach langjähriger Erfahrung meine Gläser zum Säubern nur unter heißes Wasser halte (nicht mal ein Brillenputztuch habe ich bis dato verwendet). Zu guter Letzt besaß sie auch noch die Frechheit, mir ein Gutschein auf eine ihrer Fassungen in die Hand zu drücken. DANKE FÜR GAR NICHTS! NIE WIEDER! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THESE SCALERS! By far the worst and sneakiest sales trick I've ever come across (and I've worked in retail for years myself)! I only went in briefly to have my glasses readjusted. As an "additional service", the "nice" lady "cleaned" my glasses while she asked me how long I had been wearing them. In the course of the conversation, she noticed that this model was made by another optician and then, quite surprised, drew my attention to how scratched it wasn't already. However, my visual aid didn't have a single (!) Scratch before that, because after many years of experience I only hold my glasses under hot water to clean (I haven't even used a glasses cleaning cloth to date). Last but not least, she had the nerve to hand me a voucher for one of her frames. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING! NEVER AGAIN!
