In zukunft gehe ich in den anderen Standort im Donauzentrum Food is great. Unfortunately, the staff in this branch is unfriendly and very stressed. Natürlich waren schon viele Kunden vor mir, dadurch waren viele Tabletts schon leer gekauft. Endlich am Tresen angekommen war die Auswahl extrem eingeschränkt, auf meine Frage ob denn nicht noch etwas nachgelegt wird, bekam ich die Auskunft (ca. 9:20 Uhr um 9 Uhr wurde geöffnet) Nein....ich könne nur mehr die Brötchen haben die noch da sind. Sprich 1x Champignon, 4x Ei/Pfefferoni und ein paar Lachs. Ziemlich enttäuscht und nicht wirklich überzeugt habe ich bezahlt und mich etwas abseits gestellt. Kaum 1 Minute später gab es plötzlich wieder ein volles Champignon Tablett etc. Da hab ich mal geschluckt. Ich verstehe dass man auch noch Brötchen für Kunden anbieten möchte die später kommen ABER wer zuerst kommt, malt nun mal oder in diesen Fall bezahlt zuerst!!! Dafür hab ich gar kein Verståndnis und ehrlich gesagt ist das eine Frechheit, den Kunden ins Gesicht zu lügen. Zukünftig machen andere Anbieter gutes Geschäft, denn hier ist Kunde weder König, noch freundlich bedient und wird auch noch veräppelt. Na vielen Dank auch!!!! Da möchte man sich was Gutes tun, gerade in dieser Zeit ein wenig verwöhnen. Positiv war hier nichts, schade um Zeit, Geld und Geduld. Die Brötchen haben uns dann leider auch nicht mehr so geschmeckt wie sonst. War wohl doch eher ein bisschen viel bitterer Nachgeschmack :( On December 31, 2020, I was hired at 9 a.m., because the order was no longer possible. Of course there were already many customers before me, so many trays were bought empty. When I finally arrived at the counter, the selection was extremely limited, when I asked whether something was being refilled, I received the information (it opened around 9:20 a.m. at 9 a.m.) No ... I could only have the rolls that are still there. Say 1x mushroom, 4x egg / chili peppers and a few salmon. Quite disappointed and not really convinced, I paid and stood a little apart. Hardly 1 minute later there was suddenly a full tray of mushrooms etc. I swallowed. I understand that one would also like to offer rolls for customers who come later BUT whoever comes first paints or in this case pays first! I have absolutely no understanding for that and, to be honest, it's a cheek to lie to customers' faces. In the future, other providers will do good business, because here the customer is neither king, nor friendly, and is still being kidnapped. Thank you very much !! You want to do something good for yourself, to pamper yourself a little at this time. Nothing was positive here, a shame about time, money and patience. Unfortunately, the rolls didn't taste as good to us as they usually did. It was probably a bit much bitter aftertaste :(

Andere Filiale im Dz mehr zu empfehlen… Service staff friendly, but with 4 tables each at least one mistake that other guests noticed. Other branch in the double room more recommendable ...

Besser ich wechsle zu vorderen Filiale im DZ. Sind serviceorientierter als so anderes Tauber Personal. Staff not very focused. First forgot the specially ordered milk with the espresso and then needed 30 minutes for ham and cheese toast. Better I switch to the front branch in the double room. Are more service-oriented than other Tauber staff.
