★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nur abraten. Qualität teilweise sehr schlecht. Gesetzliche Gewährleistung ist ein Fremdwort. Kundenservice schreibt nur auf englisch. Terranova ignoriert nationales Recht.
 Can only advise against. Quality sometimes very bad. Statutory warranty is a foreign concept. Customer service only writes in English. Terranova ignores national law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr seltsames 'Service", man wird bei den Umkleiden unwirsch gefragt "wie viele Stücke haben Sie" ohne erkennbaren Zweck.
Very strange 'service ", in the changing rooms you are asked rudely" how many items do you have "for no apparent purpose.

Broken jacket was exchanged without hesitation. Seller very friendly. Clothing not very high quality, but what do you want for the price?

Today the shop is not available and I can't find where I can to return it.
When I was in the shop I as customer, requesting a receipt to do tax free the seller said that impossible because the shop is already opened
