Als ich mich darüber beschweren wollte hat die Kollegin einfach aufgelegt. A1 ist wirklich das allerletzte ich hoffe dass ihr irgendwann Konkurrenz bekommt und euren Laden dicht machen könnt!!! Absolute disaster, I was given a price for a new contract, but a different price was entered. When I wanted to complain about it, the colleague simply hung up. A1 is really the very last thing I hope that you will eventually get competition and close your shop!

E	Eric Gene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are reading Google Reviews because you are new to the country and wish to find a reliable provider. Please, please do not go to A1. An absolutely bureaucratic and unreliable provider, plus they take advantage of you if you are unable to speak German. I have been blatantly lied to on two separate occasions. First, I was told that the fee I paid includes one extra month of fees. Turns out that was a lie. Second, they take a whopping 3.4E service charge without notifying you if you top up by 10E online. That means you are effectively only topping up by 6.4E, which also means you cannot activate your plan (and thus, have to pay another 3.4E to top up enough for your plan to activate). All this with the added benefit that the app cannot be downloaded and have no English option (Yes, you should learn German coming here. But are you supposed to be fluent on your first day?) You have been warned!
