★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well to be honest sometimes its not funny and the Service Team is getting me crazy also the Voice Level is very Low on Telefon....
But after some Calls i came to Security Center and this Lady was perfect She realy could tell me the mistakes and the Security about all blockings and we could make the transfer in live real time and it worked.
So i am happy and stay with Visa....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything bought, ordered, booked, or reserved outside of Austria is automatically declined.... even after calling in advance and being ASSURED that everything will go through (overseas). It is extremely embarrassing to invite friends and colleagues to dinner, only to have the card declined in front of them... even with a zero balance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Card Complete app is great. I keep my credit card blocked and unblock it with 1 click just before using it (usually in the front of a cash desk). After paying, I block it again with single click. No additional cost for that and I feel so safe. The best of all, the card always work immediately after unblocking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently had an unpleasant situation - my online order with Chinese e-commerce was processed and paid, however e-commerce closed for business (went bankrupt) 2 weeks later and my goods were never shipped to me. The website and the app were shut down over night, without a possibility to contact them or hearing any apologies (gearbest.com).
I contacted card complete and explained the situation; within 3 working days I got a first reply, and after providing further evidence (invoices, e-mail communication), my purchase was completely re-funded.
I would like to give my praise to employees of card complete who took this complaint seriously and did their best to make sure my unpleasant situation was not frustrating as it seemed at first glance.
Card complete - keep up doing good work! All the best.
