Our company has been a Yuutel (formerly atms) customer for 13 years. In addition to the reliability of the diverse business solutions we use, the excellent customer service is a unique selling point of Yuutel.

Wir nutzen die Cloud-Telefonie jetzt seit fast einem Monat und haben nach kurzer Zeit eine funktionierende und einfache Telefonanlage mit allen Vorteilen der Cloud bekommen! Service is definitely one of Yuutel's great strengths. Fast, flexible and above all friendly! We have been using cloud telephony for almost a month now and after a short time we got a functioning and simple telephone system with all the advantages of the cloud!

Leider können wir nun nach mehrmaligen Versuchen - unzähligen schriftlichen und telefonischen Korrespondenzen - und großer Geduld, endlich ein fehlerfreies Service zu erhalten, Yuutel absolut NICHT mehr empfehlen! Wir haben als kleineres Unternehmen nun über ein Jahr den vollen Preis für ein mehr als fehlerbehaftetes Service gezahlt. Der endgültige Lösungsvorschlag von Yuutel lautete Umstieg auf ein teureres Service um die Fehler zu beheben?! Ein Produkt fehlerhaft zu verkaufen um anschließend Mehrkosten für die Behebung zu verlangen ist mehr als fragwürdig!? Zu unseren Problemen mit der MobileControl App und dem IPBX Service von Yuutel: -Ständige Abstürze der App -Rauswurf und Stummschaltung des bestehenden privaten Anrufs bei Eingang eines Anrufs über MobileControl -Teilweise während des Telefonats keine Möglichkeit aufzulegen weil die App hängt/abgestürzt ist -Schlechte Synchronisierung des Telefonbuchs (nach Neustart und teilweise auch ohne Begründung, dauert es mehrere Minuten bis das Telefonbuch angezeigt wird) -Oft Verbindungsabbrüche und keine automatische Umschaltung auf das GSM Netz -Weitere kleinere Probleme…! Nun sind wir auf der Suche nach einem anderem Anbieter! We have been Yuutel's customers for over a year now. Unfortunately, after several attempts - countless written and telephone correspondence - and great patience to finally receive a fault-free service, we can absolutely NOT recommend Yuutel any more! As a smaller company, we have paid full price for a more than flawed service for over a year. The final solution proposed by Yuutel was to switch to a more expensive service to fix the errors ?! Selling a product incorrectly in order to subsequently charge additional costs for the elimination is more than questionable !? About our problems with the MobileControl app and the IPBX service from Yuutel: - Constant crashes of the app - Discharge and mute the existing private call when a call is received via MobileControl - Sometimes it is not possible to hang up during the call because the app hangs / has crashed - Bad synchronization of the phone book (after a restart and sometimes without a reason, it takes several minutes until the phone book is displayed) - Often disconnections and no automatic switchover to the GSM network - Other minor problems ...! Now we are looking for another provider!

Wir betreiben mit unserem Unternehmen seit 5 Jahren in drei Ländern Telefonummern über Yuutel und haben in dieser Zeit abertausende Telefonate entgegengenommen. Ich kann nur positives sagen - vor allem unser Ansprechpartner dort ist traumhaft. Preislich auch echt in Ordnung! Absolutely strong partner for VOIP solutions (0800, 0900 etc.). We have been operating phone numbers via Yuutel in three countries in our company for 5 years and have received thousands and thousands of phone calls during this time. I can only say positive things - especially our contact person there is a dream. In terms of price also really okay!
