R	Robert Feiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty large shop with more than ten service desks. Was there at ~ 5 PM and waited for about an hour because only five desks were actually in use during rush hour. The service was exemplary. The employee took her time and explained everything meticulously and in a friendly manner. Due to their attention to detail and effort on each and every customer (and probably a shortage on personnel) expect a pretty big spike in wait shortly after the usual business hours.

People are overworked, (perhaps unqualified) and unhappy in their jobs. I will switch to A1 as soon as I can get out of my contract. Avoid the Magenta shop in Donauzentrum, Vienna.
J	J Sh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!!!! It is 17:45 and out of 8 customer service desks only 2 are open!!! People are waiting in line for hours! I was warned about this terrible situation by my friend and could hardly believe it, but now I am sitting here for an hour and this TERRIBLE SITUATION is true!! Stay away from them! While sitting and waiting in this line I decided that I don’t want such awful customer service support and I will stop my contract with Magenta (after 2 years of being their customer) and will go to A1!!! Ahhh.... :-((((

I usually do not write reviews but I the least I can do for his great customer service is to write him a review to thank him for patiently answering all of our questions and explaining everything in detail. It's rare to find a person like him these days, who puts himself in the customer's shoes. Thank you very much for everything Mr. Schaffner.

I have been a long customer of magenta but I'll be canceling my contract immediately and never coming back to them for anything, I advise you to never go to this store or make any contracts. A horrible company, horrible customer service. Mr. M, awful.
