A	Abduljalil Mahrougi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appearantly i am not the only one who thinks that this company has terrible and awful COSTUMER SUPPORT, i think most of the 5 stars are for people who did not face any problems with their service, i bought 15GB of internet and did not receive any internet over the weekend, and on Monday they tell me there was a mistake in the system and now its going to take another 1-2 days for internet to work, when i offered that i get my money back because i am traveling this week and this SIM CARD was utterly useless, they just said its not our problem, its your problem that you are TRAVELING:) so 4 days delay in service and no compensation whatsoever. I hope no one be in the position to have to solve problems with these guys because they won’t mostly. Update : Now a month later that i am back to my country, i just wanted to say, which is quite funny to be honest, I NEVER GOT MY 15gb of internet, it never came, fortunately i had an offer from my original courier for unlimited internet for 30 days which was nice, but yeah I totally got robbed 15€ i am sure it was not done on purpose to never deliver, but it speaks for their kind of customer care
O	Oxana Ostroverkhova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service! I ordered an Internet connection in my apartment. I've waited for an engeneer for 3 weeks. Magenta confirmed his visit, I delayed all my buisnesses for this, but he didn't come. I phoned them a few times. I spended so much time for a waiting in the line. When I told to their guy about this problem, he just hang up! My husband phoned them too, and what do you think they said? They wrote our address incorrectly, nobody will come, and we need to wait for this service another 2 weeks. I wrote them in Facebook, but they ignore me. Magenta doesn't respect their clients and their time. How can austrians work so badly? I am really sad about this situation and don't understand how it could be in the center of Europe. Shame on you, Magenta!

One shall not trust what they say and keep confirmation for every step until the agreement is dissolved. Please do not forget to cancel the direct debit permission, otherwise they might charge you without legitimate reason.

I ordered an Internet connection in my new apartment. Three weeks ago. I paid, got the date when I get my router, I've waited for delivery, delayed all my businesses for this, but the delivery just didn't come. And no information on my order, all my requests are just ignored, the client service online DOESN'T WORK. THIS COMPANY IS SCAM.
