It's a nightmare. They just want to ripp you off.

When I was moving, I happy to continue with their service even though their prices were higher. I spent hours on the phone waiting to talk to their ‘customer service’ and everytime they managed to do the wrong thing. After they informed me that they cannot actually provide the service requested, and promised by them, I saw no alternative but to cancel my subscription (tv, internet and phone). They still insisted on charging me 3 months cancellation, and now even a fine for ‘early cancellation’! The level of misinformation, abject disinterest to help a customer, and incompetence are unbelieveable! But issuing unjustified bills, yes this they can do well! Very disappointing and totally unprofessional! Not recommendable!

THIEF BUSINESS OF A1 TELEKOM COMPANY IN CROATIA IS ONLY THE CONTINUATION ON THOSE WHICH WERE APPLYING BY PREVIOUS VIP VODAFONE. MY FATHER WHO IS 91 YEARS OLD HAS BEEN PROFOUNDLY CHEATED. WITHOUT HIS WILL AND KNOWLEDGE THE CONTRACT TERMS WERE CHANGED TO WORSE THAN THE ONES HE HAD BEFORE.

NO COMMS AFTER 10 EMAILS AND 3 WEEKS. MY EMAIL Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to discuss the scenario I was fronted with today in the AI shop in Karntner Str 45 today (Wednesday 25th) After 5 years in Vienna, and only having the company cell phone (Also with A1) I decided that I would venture out and by my own personal phone. Since my company phone is with a1 and travelled all over the globe without any interruptions in service, I decided this was the one I should get A1. Anyway, after spending 90 minutes in the shop and looking for the correct tariff and phone, the very kind assistant was great explaining everything to me. I decided the phone and tariff I wanted, and concluded the contract with the assistant, only to find out when this was submitted to the central office for “approval” the assistant comes back and asks me for 1000 euro bond! I would like to say that I was more than disappointed and asked the assistant why this was needed…. I asked him to call the central office for a reason. After a minute, the assistant told me that the reason they wanted the 1000 euro bond was because I have never had anything with A1 before. I don’t understand your policy sometimes. You could have had a legit (customer) but now will never be, who set out for his first phone. In addition, the assistant told me I will have this 1000 euro back over 1 year, but I was not accepting this. I would just like an explanation on why this was the case. To say the least, I was very disappointed. Just thought I would let you know my thoughts. I don’t have any reference number, but you can look up my case with the name:

The worst internet connection what i ever had - in 2021 capital of Austria its unbelievable we have 0,5-2 mbs speed of internet . We have A1 at home and also in work … it will be understandable if we will have trouble once per month but not 4 times per week. At home we paid around 30€ monthly just for the internet … with this providing they should pay to us for using this…. Lg MK
