★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good experience from finding the rental desk, staff efficiency/friendliness through to speed of getting keys (quickest from all the companies I've used). Car itself was better spec than expected and return was painless. Just watch out for having a full tank on return...no margin for error from Sixt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our reservation has a station car, but when we got there the employee said that my reservation has a sedan car!!!! Its impossible because i did this order!! So i think that the extra money that i have paid its a big lie.
Secondly There is a bad signs when get and return the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a car with an insurance not directly through the SIXT website and on the counter was given the advice by the SIXT agent, that a full protection insurance made with Sixt is better than the insurance I have made. The agent told me the full protection would cost 99 Euros and 2 minutes later he printed the receipt on which it says the insurance costs 120 Euro. When asked why is that so, the answer was simply because he forgot the additional taxes. Unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rental was easy to book online, the pick up area was convenient, and the representatives were very accommodating, offering additional assistance and speaking English well. They had a better selection of higher performance cars, and our BM5 and Audi 7 we’re in like-new condition. Our only challenge was the language setting was German, and the wifi connection to our phone, for mapping, didn’t work that well. So, a demonstration of the vehicle would have been helpful. The Audi needed a little more cleaning since it had some small crumbs on the seat. Altogether, we had a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unsatisfied with the service, stay away at any cost. The ordered car type (sedan) was not there, spent 30 mins for the inspection, to make sure all of the scratches and damage was on the contract. Had to pay 30% more for a higher class car, just to get what they had in stock (travelling from Canada, did not have much of a choice). I returned the call, the employee inspected it, and agreed there is no additional collision than the contract. I hoped on a plane for Canada, and I get a bill right after for collision damage. It has been 10 days that I have been trying to contact them, and there is no communication whatsoever. I or my lawyer will close this case, but will never look at this company again. (btw, I do have collision damage insurance that easily covers this, just being cheated is something I cannot tolerate)

Staff are nice, professional and eager to help,,
Their parking are just behind the branch,,
My rental was through third party website, on the last minute, I had to change my arrival time to the next day, I called the website I had my rental with, they told me that they can do nothing, and the only choice is to cancel my reservation and have new one,!
I called Sixt, and explained to them the situation, they answered immediately that my reservation was postponed and I could collect the car at the time of the new arrival with NO extra cost,,
The only bad part, was that the car had a maintenance reminder that popped up every time I turn the car on,!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting attitude towards customers. Gasoline is not a full tank when they informed me it is full, "AD BLUE" tank was empty and enough only for 2100 km. There was a damage that has been done to the car before me. Sixt want to hang ON me this damage. I will never order a car from
