Bei der Hotline hat niemand abgehoben, außer Werbung für Flughafenfahrten ist nichts gekommen. Auf die schriftliche Bitte, das Auto weg zu geben, hat es nach sage und schreibe zwei Tagen eine Standardantwort aus dem System gegeben, dass sie noch Zeit brauchen, Anrede natürlich per Du. Kurzum: Wie muss es einem Kunden gehen, der ein Problem mit Drive Now hat? Daher Ein-Punkt. Nach weiteren zwei Tagen: Sie müssen mit den Leuten vor Ort sprechen. Sie bitten mich noch um weitere Geduld. Was gibt es zu sprechen? Habe ein Foto mit gesendet, um das Wegbringen der Karre gebeten, so, dass man aus der Ausfahrt raus kann, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. I am not a customer of Drive Now. Es kann nicht sein, dass die ständig die Wohnstraßen für Tage blockieren, niemand nutzt das Fahrzeug und den Hausmietern wird ein Stellplatz genommen. Nutzt doch eh fast nie jemand diese Fahrzeuge, so lange wie diese stehen... Annoying to no longer works. These vehicles belong out of Vienna, or on their own stands. It cannot be that they constantly block the residential streets for days, nobody uses the vehicle and the parking spaces are taken from the tenants. Almost no one uses these vehicles anyway, as long as they stand ...

Wo sie Sinn machen würden, also am Stadtrand können sie nicht genutzt werden. So offensichtlich agieren die Abzocker selten. 19 cents in Germany 38 in Austria per minute. Business area only in the city center where cars nonsense and time-consuming traffic jams are normal. Where they would make sense, i.e. on the outskirts, they cannot be used. The rip-offs rarely act so obviously.
D	Dinka C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin echt enttäuscht von Share Now, ich hab eine Strafe in Frankreich bekommen, weil ein Mitarbeiter gemeint hat, ich soll das Auto auf der Seite stehen lassen, weil es nicht mehr angesprungen ist (E-Auto, ich nehme an, dass es ein Verbindungsproblem zu Share Now gab). Sie sind uneinsichtig und überhaupt nicht an einer Lösung interessiert, muss jetzt eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 20€ von Share Now zahlen und zusätzlich noch die Strafe von über 100€. Also mein Appell an euch: vertraut den Mitarbeitern am Telefon nicht!!! I'm really disappointed with Share Now, I got a fine in France because an employee said I should leave the car on its side because it didn't start (electric car, I assume it's a connection problem to Share Now). You are stubborn and not at all interested in a solution, you now have to pay a processing fee of € 20 from Share Now plus the fine of over € 100. So my appeal to you: do not trust the staff on the phone !!!
