M	Megan Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. Waking distance from the airport. We stayed here our first few nights in Vienna since our flight arrived after 10 pm. It is also convenient to catch the buses (located at the airport) to other countries and the train into the city. During our stay, the hotel was full service, so we were able to have room service and housekeeping regularly as needed.

Only problem is that they wont allow booking a single room for more than 3 people, so if you're a family of 2 adults a 2y/o child and a 10 month baby you will have to book 2 rooms - due to local regulation- . Well , we arent going to pay 300 bucks for 2 rooms just for a single stopover night, when we all perfectly fit in a Kingsize bed . Looking forward to see it resuming normal operations. Then we may talk business again.
J	Jack Luxear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice personnel, comfortable bed, delicious food at the restaurant.. my only issue was the cleanliness of the room. I can understand it's impossible to keep everything perfectly clean, but I'd at least expect to not find hair in the sink and shower.

We travelled with a little Jack Russell which was no problem at all and even very welcome even in the restaurant in a quiet spot. Also in the Restaurant the employees were very welcoming and professional. All and all we will be using this hotel each time we have a stopover in Vienna. Keep the good work going!
