Da ich mit meiner Tochter (zwei Jahre alt) unterwegs war und den Stellplatz nicht auf Anhieb wieder finden konnte, verblieb ich ca. 15 Min. in dem riesigen Parkhaus. Ich informierte zwischendurch die Zentralle, die mir sogar angeboten hatte, das Auto zu suchen. Nach ca. 20 Min. fand ich das Auto. Ich informierte die Zentralle. Bei der Ausfahrt, da bereits nicht mal eine halbe Stunde vergangen ist, wurde mir erneut eine Gebühr von 4,70 EUR verrechnet!!! Dies konnte beim Schranken aber nur mit einer Kreditkarte bezahlt werden! Ich hatte leider keine mit. Ich rief die Zentralle erneut an und bat mich ausnahmsweise hinauszulassen. Der Herr teilte mir mit, ich darf durch die gesamte untere Etage (Baustelle inkludiert) mit meiner kleinen Tochter "spazierengehen",wo nur Autos und keine Fussgänger unterwegs sind, zum Parkautomaten, um die Gebühr zu bezahlen!!! Ich finde, dass das eine Frechheit war!!! Ich werde dort nie wieder parken!!! Eine sehr Kunden- und Eltern-Kind unfreundliche Garage!!! Auch für ältere Personen nicht geeignet. Abzocke pur!!! I left my car in the parking garage for five days. Costs over 160, - EUR. Since I was traveling with my daughter (two years old) and couldn't find the parking space immediately, I stayed in the huge parking garage for about 15 minutes. In between I informed the central office, who had even offered me to look for the car. After about 20 minutes I found the car. I informed the central office. At the exit, since less than half an hour has already passed, I was charged a fee of 4.70 EUR again! At the barrier, however, this could only be paid for with a credit card! Unfortunately I didn't have any. I called the central office again and asked me to leave for once. The gentleman informed me that I can "walk" through the entire lower floor (including the construction site) with my little daughter, where there are only cars and no pedestrians, to the parking meter to pay the fee! I think that was a cheek! I will never park there again !!! A very customer and parent-child unfriendly garage! Not suitable for older people either. Pure rip-off!
M	Mario Schramböck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man sich einen Parkplatz am Flughafen um diesen Preis nimmt, hätte ich mir doch erhofft nicht mit Müll am Auto und einem Kratzer in der Tür zurückzukommen. If you take a parking space at the airport at this price, I would have hoped not to come back with garbage on the car and a scratch in the door.

Old people or mothers with baby need to hurry up to meet the 15min limit to leave the parking lot. If not, you need to pay another hour! Actually not acceptable for me, if you paid already for a few days! Never again!
S	Szabolcs Kanyó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is perfect if you have a booked BlaBlaCar driver. This place is easily reachable, it is very close to the highway. It is hard to park but you don’t need to take the 10-minute free ticket for cars at the arrival. If you know when your passenger arrives, you can drive by and pick him/her up. I can recommend this place as a pickup point at VIE airport
