F	Felix G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Service! Rad wird bei der Annahme komplett begutachtet und besprochen was zu tun ist - inkl. Kostenvoranschlag. Preislich mehr als fair und verkaufen nichts was nicht notwendig ist. In einem anderen Geschäft hätte man mir ein neues Rad inkl. neuer Schaltung abgedreht (200€+) hier wurde es günstig repariert. Die zwei Herren in der Werkstatt sind super freundlich, kompetent und eindeutig passioniert. Gerne wieder! Top service! When the bike is accepted, it is completely examined and what to do is discussed - including a cost estimate. Priced more than fair and don't sell anything that isn't necessary. In another shop they would have turned off a new bike including a new gears (200 € +) here it was repaired cheaply. The two gentlemen in the workshop are super friendly, competent and clearly passionate. Gladly again!

Die 2 Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, zuverlässlich und kennen ihr Handwerk! Werde ihren Service gerne wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Nur zum empfehlen. Enthusiastic all around. I brought my aging bike to the service and every defect was fixed within a very short time. The 2 employees are super friendly, reliable and know their trade! Will be happy to use their service again. I can only recommend it.

Am Weg beim Radlfriseur angerufen, ob/wann eine Reparatur möglich wäre. Antwort: "Komm vorbei, das is ja nur ein Patschen!" Und so wurde mein Reifenschaden innerhalb einer Stunde profesionell und günstig behoben. Und meine Radtour konnte dann doch noch stattfinden. Vielen Dank Burschen! Von mir eine klare Empfehlung! On a Saturday morning on the road with the racing bike ... tire damage ... so push the bike back again. Called the bike hairdresser on the way to see if / when a repair would be possible. Answer: "Come on over, that's just a mess!" And so my tire damage was repaired professionally and cheaply within an hour. And then my bike tour was still able to take place. Thank you guys! A clear recommendation from me!
D	Darth MiNi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Gegensatz zum namentlich nicht erwähnten vermeintlich grooooßen Konzernen, ist diese Werkstatt ein WAHRER SCHATZ. Wo man bei anderen großen Fahrradhändlern bis zu 5 Monate auf sein Erstservice warten muss, womit sich dieses "größte Zweirad-Center Österreichs" auch echt noch werben traut, bekommt man hier noch am selben Tag OHNE TERMIN sein gewartetes Fahrrad retour. Und das top-gewartet, gereinigt und dazu gibts auch noch gratis Tipps. Grad das Erstservice ist eines der wichtigsten und da hat mir diese Werkstatt echt den Sommer gerettet. Die Preise sind total fair und erschwinglich. Der Service überdurchschnittlich. Der Mechaniker, der über 40 Jahre Erfahrung vorweisen kann, ist dazu noch äußerst freundlich. Er ist vor allem ein sehr ehrlich Kerl und arbeitet teilweise auch gegen sein eigenes Geschäft :D Aber, wie er so schön gesagt hat, bringt ihm das nix. Meine Wahl wird jedenfalls und auch aufgrund seiner Ehrlichkeit, Verlässlichkeit und seines Top-Service wieder garantiert auf ihn fallen. In contrast to the supposedly large corporations not mentioned by name, this workshop is a TRUE TREASURE. Where you have to wait up to 5 months for your first service at other large bicycle dealers, which this "largest two-wheeler center in Austria" really dares to advertise, you can get your serviced bike back on the same day WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. And that is top-maintained, cleaned and there are also free tips. First service is one of the most important and this workshop really saved my summer. The prices are totally fair and affordable. The service above average. The mechanic, who has over 40 years of experience, is also extremely friendly. Above all, he's a very honest guy and sometimes works against his own business: D But, as he said so nicely, that doesn't do him any good. In any case, and also because of his honesty, reliability and top service, I will definitely choose him again.
