We were looking for cheap bikes to buy and to ride all the way to Budapest that same day and he went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed for an amazing price. He even put 3 of his staff at work on our two bikes, just so that we could leave as early as possible! I highly recommend this store for all your biking needs, you will get an honest and genuine service.

Very modest price and incredibly welcoming people! Showed us best ways on the map, advised so many beautiful things to see and made our day! Cheers ;)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best bike shop in Vienna. I had old MTB tires and finally yesterday I got a flat on the rear. I e-mailed them and they responded right away while another 6 shops didn't. Brought my bike in the afternoon and baby got a new pair of shoes in 25 minutes while I did my shopping around the corner at Billa. They should get an award from the city for having such fast springtime corona service. Vielen dank for the CPR. She breathes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 15000 km from last service they basically reanimated my bike. We talking gears, brakes, pedals. They fixed everything. They offered very reasonable prices and fixed faster than expected. Definitely my new personal service for future. I will be coming back. I am fully recommending this service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had two touring bikes built and could not be happier! We rode for three months throughout Austria, Slovenia, and Italy and had only one small adjustment needed. The level of service and communication throughout the build and delivery was excellent as well. If you need repair work or are looking for a new ride, this should be your first stop. Highly recommend!
