Very friendly and competent employees. I received expert advice on both the purchase of a bicycle helmet and the air pump and was able to exchange the pump without any problems as it was unfortunately not compatible with my bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite large store on two floors. Nicely displayed. Staff is friendly and helpfull and there was a plenty of them in each department. All kind of equipment and gear can be found. Glad it's opened on Mariahilfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I bought a ski helmet with integrated visor to wear over my prescription glasses. After only one run, I realized that when opening and closing the visor, the foam under the visor would rub against my glasses and smudge the lenses, so I had to ski without a helmet the rest of the day. Yesterday I took it to the store and asked for a refund as it was unusable. The person helping me said I'd bought a "large children's helmet" and that was the problem so they could only offer store credit (not a refund). However, the salesperson who sold me the helmet never warned me about this and was happy to sell it to me. I guess they're quick to take your money and quick to come up with an excuse not to refund you when they screw up. Now I'm stuck with a voucher for a store I really don't want to shop at. Buyer beware.
