Ohne mir wirklich zu zuhören meinte der Verkäufer Jaja das machen wir und in dem Zug könnte man noch das und das und das machen. Also habe ich mir einen Service in Wert von 80€ aufschwatzen lassen (Selber Schuld). Als ich dann mein Fahrrad abholen gekommen bin hieß es, er habe die Mutter zum Tretlager nicht aufbekommen, sprich das Spiel im Tretlager ist weiterhin vorhanden. Danach direkt zu einem anderen Fahrradladen im 8ten Bezirk .. der meinte er kriegt das ohne Probleme auf und richtet mir das Spiel. Der Besitzer überfordert und ausgesprochen unfreundlich, das weitere Personal war sehr nett. Der Service wurde nicht wie vereinbart von ihm durchgeführt, es wurde einfach auf vereinbarte Teile wie Sitz und Radschlauch vergessen. The service was unsatisfactory. There were problems with the repair receipt, although it was still valid for 3 working days when the bike was returned. The owner was overwhelmed and extremely unfriendly, the other staff were very nice. The service was not carried out by him as agreed, he simply forgot about the agreed parts such as the seat and wheel tube.

Die Kette wurde falsch eingestellt, wodurch bei einem erneuten Service das Gewinde neu gemacht werden muss und somit zusätzliche Kosten dazukommen. Werde leider nicht mehr auf Church of Bikes vertrauen. Unfortunately a very disappointing affair in terms of service. More like a quick hit than working competently. The chain has been adjusted incorrectly, which means that the thread has to be remade when it is serviced again, which means additional costs. Unfortunately, I will no longer trust Church of Bikes.
