Kaum zu glauben das es noch ein Geschäft gibt wo der Kunde König ist. Wer sein E-Bike woanders kauft ist selber schuld. Besser geht’s nicht !! Staff from A to Z friendly, competent and reliable. Exemplary workshop. can do their job for real and are cheap. Hard to believe that there is still a business where the customer is king. It is your own fault if you buy your e-bike elsewhere. It couldn't be better !!

Plenty of choice, but advice gave up quickly; marketing weak; no folders, no brochures, no outdoor advertising...how do you want to survive there...?

Found a suitable bike there online as available, had it reserved by email, was then ready for a test ride as promised, took a test ride, got good advice, got accessories, everything was mounted, registered, paid for and cycled home happy - that's how I like shopping offline ? gladly again!

Nicht nur super relaxte, freundliche und kompetente Beratung sondern auch kostenfreie Montage angeboten bekommen und beim Wegfahren bemerkt dass meine lockere Vorderbremse angezogen wurde, ohne dass ich danach gefragt hatte. Das ist Kundenservice. Jederzeit wieder. Klare Empfehlung! Due to two good experiences, I went to the branch in Stiftsgasse, came in 10 minutes before closing time in the hope of getting suitable replacement pedals for my trekking bike, as one broke. Not only super relaxed, friendly and competent advice but also offered free assembly and when driving away I noticed that my loose front brake was tightened without me having asked for it. That's customer service. Any time. Clear recommendation!
