After explaining the reason of my call in German language, I was told a colleague would help me and that they would forward the call. After waiting for two minutes while listening to the music I ended the call. Since Citybiker is close to where I live I walked over with my bike the other day. At the reception, I was asked to see the people in the workshop, which I did. The three of them were having a smoke as I turned up. They were clearly nonplussed to be interrupted in their conversation. I apologized and explained why I was here. One of them asked whether I was already registered as a customer. I said I was not. In response, he said that they could would only service customers who are already registered.

The workshop worker who helped me to install an appropriate axis was very friendly and helpful, but the 2 guys in the shop across were rather unfriendly. They did not say hi back and were speaking to me in an indifferent manner.

Delivery was also fast and documents was accuracy. The most important thing is they are witty. When I received the package from them, I could find they left a printed message in Korean attached to the box. That was awesome and make me so happy. That’s why Citybikers are so great. Citybikers is based in Vienna, but They respond sincerely to all customers in the world. I recommend this shop to everyone in the world. Best Regard.
