Habe extra mehr gezahlt für eine versicherte und schnellere Sendung ins Ausland was bis 5 Tage daueren sollte. Und es sind schon 12 Tage vergangen. Voll verarscht. Danke. Nie wieder. Wow. Hope the same fate doesn't happen to me. I paid extra for an insured and faster shipment abroad, which should take up to 5 days. And it's been 12 days. Fooled. Thank you. Never again.

Abnormal, whenever the package is supposed to come, I'm at home, suddenly I see "not found" online, are you so lazy that I have to wait now and afternoon to come there and pick up the package!!!!

Allerdings sehe ich nicht ein warum ein Paket wieder mitgenommen wird, wenn man durch die Türe meldet das man Covid positiv ist. Wie soll ich es dann abholen in der Quarantäne. Wäre froh wenn Ihre Zusteller diesbezüglich geschult werden und nicht auf eine Unterschrift bestehen. Hello, I am always very satisfied with the work of Swiss Post. However, I don't see why a package is taken away again if you report through the door that you are Covid positive. How am I supposed to pick it up in quarantine? It would be nice if your deliverers were trained in this regard and didn't insist on a signature.
